Post-doctoral position

 

Applications are invited for a post-doctoral trainee to join the Center for AIDS Research at the New York University School of Medicine.

 

The successful applicant will work on collaborative projects at the Flow Cytometry Core using ‘state-of-the-art’ methodologies in fluorescence-activated cell sorting, multiple analyte detection, and RT-PCR to study acute HIV infection, mucosal transmission, TB co-infection, and maternal/fetal immunity.

 

Applicants will have a Ph.D. in the biological sciences. Doctoral candidates with dissertation experience in immunology, cell biology,  or molecular biology will be especially desirable. The position is open to foreign applicants.
