We're using the BD Macrosort on FACStar Plus for chromosome sorting.
Experienced significant FSC background which was corrected with a wider
obscuration bar. Now with drop drive on experiencing significant SSC
background. BD does not recommend wider obscuration bar for SSC. Looking for
opinions on Macrosort option and specific suggestions re: background.
