Beginning with this issue of the ISAC Newsletter, you will notice several changes in the format and the content of the Newsletter. At the request of Phil Dean and the Membership Services Committee, I have agreed to serve as Editor of the Newsletter. As with all new ventures, there will be a shakedown period during which changes will be made as we learn how to make the Newsletter a more effective means of communication for the Society. The contents of the ISAC Newsletter will be accessible via the ISAC World Wide Web home page that is maintained by Dave Coder. The address is included in an article later in this issue.
