The Purdue Cytometry CD ROM

The most recent version of this tutorial exists on the web and can be accessed directly if you are connected to the internet by pressing this symbol http://cmgm.stanford.edu/~roederer/compensation. If you are not on the internet press to run the tutorial now on the CD ROM!
There are two main "threads". The informal discussion that is aimed at the less technically oriented operators as well as a more rigorous treatment that provides additional examples and some math as well.

Microsoft Powerpoint Tutorial:

Instructions

1. Click on the highlighted filenames to see a composite image of what the PPT file contains
2. Click on the "PC" or "MAC" icon to copy the file.
3. If you receive an error message, "OK" it, and proceed to provide the destination directory. The files should copy
4. If this fails, copy the files directly from the CD ROM directory (d:\8\filename.ppt) to your hard-disk and open the files with Powerpoint. These files will be readable by both PCs and MACS (the actual files are PC here)
