FLOW CYTOMETRY AND IMAGING CONSULTING SERVICES

INDX is the trade name for Integrated Diagnostics, Inc., a manufacturer of medical devices. INDX specializes in two areas: 1. infectious diseases, specifically Rickettsial and Ehrlichial agents, as well as other immunological assays, and 2. flow and image cytometry standards. Our standards for flow DNA analysis are being manufactured for Coulter Corp. under their label, and image controls are being sold by Roche under the joint name of RIAS and INDX. We make available both fixed and live preparations of cell lines and other tumor populations for many uses, including proficiency testing. These controls are also available directly from INDX by calling their customer service number.

TISSUE CULTURE FLOW CYTOMETRY CONTROLS

INDX specializes in DNA flow cytometry and image controls. Fixed cell lines with stability of greater than two years and defined DNA indexes are available in bulk, vials, or attached to slides.
Fixed cell lines can be used as a daily quality control to monitor flow cytometry linearity and cell recoveries of aneuploid populations; and they are an in-process control for DNA staining for flow cytometry. Interested parties should contact INDX for their special needs. INDX also has an experienced clinical staff available for consulting and troubleshooting and for lab certification under CLIA and CAP. INDX would be happy to answer any questions. We can be reached by phone at 410-737-8500, fax at 410-536-1212, and e-mail at 76415.541@compuserve.com.
