Hello, netters.

I have several questions.
Could you reply some of them, if possible ?

1. Can ELF from Molecular Probes be used in flow cytometry ?
I want to stain intracellular proteins with AP-conjugated antibodies.
Amplification of the signals using ELF is available ?
Our EPICS ELITE ESP is equipped with He-Cd 325nm line. I think ELF
would be excited by 325nm UV.

Or, must I try to use Fast Red TR or something other substrates ?

2. Are TOTO-3 and TO-PRO-3 excited by Ar 488nm line ? I mean, when
analysing cell surface antigens by FITC, PE and PerCP-labeled
antibodies, can TOTO-3 and TO-PRO-3 be used as live/dead cell
discriminators like PI using He-Ne 633 nm simultaneously ?

3. Is there anybody who uses AMCA ?
Is this dye good for three or four color analysis ?

Any comments and replies would be appreciated.
Thank you.
