Looking for Web sites/other resources on Cytometry

I'm new to the field, and starting a data analysis package for the FACS facility
at Stanford.
I'm looking for resources that will kick start my learning process. I'd
appreciate any pointers to Web sites I should visit, other software I should try
out, or other programmers who'd live to collaborate in building object
libraries, or maybe cool features you think should be in flow cytometry
software, but that you haven't seen before.
Thanks for the help,
Adam Treister
