Hi
All you cell cycle experts out there, can any one suggest ways of blocking
cell cycle without killing cells. We would like our cells (T-cell lines) to
remain arrested for several days without dying. We need the cells to be in
G1, S or G2. We have tried gamma radiation and aphidicoline but the cells
do not survive to the end of the assay.
