We are having trouble with viability on lymph node and other tissue biopsies
that we receive for phenotyping studies. This is especially pronounced in
intermediate to high-grade lymphomas.
We are looking at issues of transport time and media that the tissue is stored
in as well as methods of preparing a cell suspension but I would appreciate any
guidance that you clinical flow types out there can give from your own
experience.
