CD3 34%
CD19 4%
CD3+/CD4+ 1%
CD3+/CD8+ 7%
CD3-/CD16+/CD56+ 60%
No CD4 H.I/S.I or CD8 suppressor/cytotoxic ratios done yet.
Other clinical findings - Well compensated chronic Auto Immune Haemolytic
Anaemia (Hgb 10gms) with positive AHG, blood picture typical.
I am assuming that the non CD4/CD8 T cells are gamma-delta since I do not yet
have any TCR chain clones.
Any thoughts on the matter to help a "mere" Haematologist would be appreciated.
Also, any thoughts from anyone on TCR chain work for congenital
Immunodeficiencies would give me ammunition to expand my panel, since the wallet
watchers are out in force at the moment.
Second also - anyone know of a definitive and up to date list of subset findings
in the said Immunodeficiencies.
