Clinical utility of ploidy/SPF in breast Ca's

Hi everybody in clinical cytometry. I would like some input on the type of
cases which should be analyzed for ploidy/cell cycle analysis. We have read
the 1993 consensus review on breast carcinomas and found it helpful but
sometimes vague. What is the most recent consensus regarding the type of
breast carcinomas to be analyzed by flow. Should we do:
1. both node positive and node negative cases?
or 2. node negative invasive only?
or 3. If node negative only, which grades should be selected?
Are there any recent significant "key references" addressing these questions?
Right now, we are doing node negative invasive non-ductal breast ca, grades
I, II, and sometimes III.
Thank you for your input!
