Sorting Sheath Fluid

First, thanks for all who responded to my Cellquest questions posted
last week. On the stat question, it appeared that they had used
several histograms and dot plots on the same report and the stats were
not calculated on the plot they thought was being analyzed. Ah, the
fun of learning new software!
Now then...
We normally sort using Haema-Line 2 as our sheath fluid in our
FACStarPLUS. One of my users needs to sort but cannot have potassium
or phosphate in the system. Any suggestions?
What concentrations of NaCl or anything else are necessary for proper
charging of the drops for sorting?
Thanks again!
Lorie
