The short answer is: not yet; it's coming RSN (Real Soon Now.) Although Lysis
II does have the FCS keywords and values that specify instrument settings,
curiously they are missing from CellQuest ver. 1.2 (the latest I've seen). If
you want a record of how you ran the instrument, either make a print of the
current instrument settings, or better, save them with the associated screen
setup. When you open the screen file again, the instrument will be configured
as specified in the file.

Having a record of the instrument configuration in the data file is one of
the better features of the standard.

(This adds to my collection of FCS variants. It must be pushing 50
"interpretations" by now. And remember, the nice thing about standards is
that you have so many choices.)

Hello everyone,
Does anyone know how to get instrument settings from a datafile
collected with Cellquest on the Macintosh? It was possible with the HP
system and both should be FCS2 standard, shouldn't they?
