Indeed, BDIS recommends using nozzles with a diameter that is four times
larger than the diameter of the largest particle sorted! A 200 micron tip
is available for the MacroSORT option (largest nozzle is 400 microns). For
a 70 micron tip, I use a 20 micron mesh; admittedly not quite 4:1, but at
least it gets out the visible clumps, pieces of tissue, etc. :)
