Heparin Sulfate: does it autofluoresce?

Hello!

We are preparing for a cytometry run with the C2 muscle line that, in
our experience, adheres to itself after separation in about 10
minutes (nice big clumps of cells that won't go through the probe).
I've run sticky cells before with EDTA-PBS solutions but my user
wants to use heparin sulfate. Does anyone know if the stuff
autofluoresces?
