Fellow cytometrists

Does anyone know if the use of these dyes, PKH26 and PKH2, in stimulated
human peripheral blood cell cultures will interfer with the expression of
activation markers? Is there leakage and cell toxicity problems with cultures
up to 5 days?

Thanks in advance.
