Thank you for offering information of FCS format.
Thank you for an introduction cytometry soft of free or share or commercial.
Thank you for all comment for my question.

Our library doesn't have "Cytometry".
I proposed copy of the paper to our library.
I don't want to buy commercial software.
Because I don't have DOS machine, I can't use DOS or Windows software.
I intend to begin the software development after the paper reached me.
You must not hope in the software which I make.
I don't think that I can make a good program.
The program needs many time
Other Mac cytometry software may be made before my soft is completed.
I may stop the development then.

I am making confocal software now.
(Bio-Rad and Olympus confocal file / This software is Photoshop plug-in.)
(Though this software is under development, I intend to upload of
this software in info-mac after a manual of English was completed.
There is only the software (E) here.
http://163.212.128.145/instructions/CA(E).c
Because this server is MacHTTP, you need many time for a download.)

I am a beginner of cytometry. I may have simple question.
Please do an advise to me then.
