Hello,
I know that this isn't the usual type of request for this group, but
Steve Kelley recommends that I try. I am looking for a protocol for
the reliable quantification of bulk DNA/RNA from tissue. I've tried a
standard digestion and extraction followed by spectrophotometric
readings at 260nm. I feel that I am loosing a lot during the
extraction. Does anyone have any infomation that may help?!?!
