Somebody in our Division wants to express proteins as fusions with Green
Fluorescent Protein and I therefore ordered a 510nm bandpass filter for our
Elite (optimal for the long wavelength form of the protein).
Because of the pricing policy of the supplier, I had to order two.
I now have one available for sale if there is any other laboratory in
Australia interested in setting up GFP flow.
The filter is a 1" diameter 510 +/- 5nm bandpass with 50% peak transmission.
Price negotiable.
