This book is a nice introductory text to the field of flow cytometry. Its 200 pages deal with most aspects of flow cytometry in an easy to read informative format. Specific areas given more detail include chapters on data analysis, lymphocyte gating, DNA and applications of molecular biology, and clinical applications. The text is inexpensive and is a useful text for those who are interested in obtaining a primer on the subject of flow cytometry.
