Hi Eric,
You can use FCS Assistant to calculate a ratio for you and output a line
graph of mean ratio versus time, as long as you can get your data across
from the HP to a macintosh. I'll step up my efforts to get it to save
in LYSYS-compatible format if you really want to analyse in LYSYS (but
the facilities are a bit limited, which is why I incorporated the line
graph option). If you've got an IBM it would be worth browsing Eric
Martz's Catalogue of Software, where there are some good "total
packages".
