Hello,
Further to the good suggestions on filtering mesh for removing cell
clumps. We use a 60 um mesh made by Ure Pacific,( a Swiss company I'm told).
This mesh is good because it is autoclavable and they have a range of
different pore sizes, and last time I looked in their catalog they would
even make certain pore size mesh if required. Hope this may help other mesh
users, and doesn't sound too much like advertisement.
Geoff
