hello everyone

thanks to all both near and far who replied to my request for help on two
issues.

using Dpbs or Hpbs as the sheath fluid seems to be helping the cells recovery.
we haven't yet tried the other methods suggested including edta to detach the
cells or coated flasks to promote adherance.
