Has anyone had any experience killing WEHI 231 cells with antibody and
complement?
We want to use this as a technique for selecting cell surface molecue loss
variants but find that the cells are difficult to kill. Anyone who has
had success (or failure) would have information of use to us.
Thanks in advance.
