Hi all,
Anyone any comments on the following Leuk. phenotype :-

CD 4+(strong)/5+/7+/45+/DR+ , negative for all other T, B or Myeloid
associated markers (surface or cytoplasmic) including MPO, TdT and CD34.
Morphology of little help.
Patient originally diagnosed as a Non-Hodgkins and now in leukaemic phase
or perhaps de-novo.

We have seen T leuks that are CD2 or CD3 neg, but not both.

Suggestions welcomed
