Is anyone out there doing myeloperoxidase (MPO) stainingon leukocytes?
According to a techical report in Leukemia (1996) comparing four
commercially available fix and perm solutions there was only one with low
enough background for reliable detection of MPO---Fix & Perm from An der
Grub, Vienna Austria. Please advise:

A. Helpful suggestions for MPO detection
B. Is Fix & Perm THE only way to go?
C. If so, where can I buy it here or do I need to send to Vienna?
