Dear Group:

I'm looking for advice on the glycophoran A (GPA) assay used to look at M
and N allelic expression by flow. This is a new application for our
facility. We're currently using the BR6 assay described by Langlois et al
(Cytometry 11:513, 1990). However, we're having problems getting
consistent light scatter profiles and with the results in general. I think
part of the problem may be with the fixation.

Any suggestions or comments??? Thanks.
