Would anyone be able to refer me to a protocol or reference for using aggregated
immunoglobulin (perhaps fluorescinated) for assaying human Fc receptors, in particular
CD16? I want to determine whether or not various anti-CD16 mAb's compete with Fc
binding to human NK cells.
