Topoisomerase 11 alpha

Hello to all,
I need a sensitive flow method for measuring Topoisomerase II alpha in
cell lines, bone marrow and peripheral blood. I am particularly
interested in anything related to breast cancer. (maybe a tall order I
know!). If anybody knows of anything more specific than the the scanty
information I have I would be very grateful.
