I'm posting this to the list as others may also be interested. I also
tried BD as they carry a few Flow Cytometry Standards bedas, but not
Oxazine 1. I eventually had to go via FCS themselves but they do have a
European address for orders. It is:

Oxazine 1 beads are Catalog Number 900.
