Hi Flowers..I have a customer who is interested in measuring pH changes
in cells in relation to apoptosis. The paper he has shown me is from JBC
vol. 271, no 27 (pp 16260-16262) 1996.The paper refers to a method
called radiometric flow cytometry. We definitely don't want to do this
with our machine(Facs Vantage).I've heard there is a method using ratio
measurements(ie fl2/fl3) in which pH measurments can be made. Can anyone
give me any more details about this. I thank you in advance.
