Isotype Concentrations

If I have a mixture of 3 unlabeled mouse monoclonal Abs to different cytokeratins, how do
I choose an isotype control concentration? Each individual Mab is at 1 microgram/ml
(total of 3 micrograms/ml) and each is an IgG1 isotype. Would you suggest I use a single
unlabeled IgG1 control at 1 or at 3 micrograms/ml? I also want to use these for some
immunohistochemistry staining. Can I use the same isotype control for this?
Thanks for any comments!
