Is anyone aware of a detailed protocol for DNA analysis with proflavine
a.k.a. 3,6-diamineoacridine. I have done my homework. The only methods
reference to PF that I could find was JM Wessels, Cytometry 19:201-208,
1995; in this paper PF is used to identify micronuclei and stochiometry was
not an issue.

Thanks in advance,

Jan
