Hi folks,

Does anyone have a protocol to do FCM on isolated nuclei from mammalian
cells? the protocol would be something like, lyse cell membrane, promptly
fix with paraformaldehyde, wash, stain, and sort. We need to stain for a
nuclear protein in the absence of surrounding cytoplasm. Has anyone ever
tried this?

Sincerely,

Don Walker
