FACS Vantage: Ease of installation

Dear Jaroslav:

I understand with some concern that you have not yet been able to
operate your FACSVantage, despite it having been delivered last
September. Considering the premium price that I understand you paid for
this instrument, in the United States the level of service that you have
obtained to date would be considered unacceptable. Over the last ten
years, I have come to know several of the service personnel in Europe, and
I am baffled by this situation; I have no doubt that these are honorable
people. There must be some internal communication breakdown in B-D. I am
certain that they, on becoming aware of this situation, must rectify
this matter as expeditiously as possible.

Cest

David
