Hi Fellow Flow-ers,

I would like to ask two questions for two fellow colleagues.
1. This one is not flow related, but you may know of somebody who is
working on TNFb and IFNg polymorphism. We are looking for positive
controls.

2. Is it possible to use PI, FITC and PerCP conjugated antibodies at the
same time for cell cycle work? Would it entail horrendous colour
compensation between PI and PerCP? We only have a single argon laser.

Thanks in advance.
