Hey all!

Does anyone have any information on analyzing triploidy, tetraploidy, etc.
in mammalian cells? We have investigator who wants to analyze fibroblasts
extracted from human joint soft tissue who wants to be able to distinguish
triploid and tetraploid cells. Is it possible to distinguish tetraploid
cells from diploid cells in G2?

Thanks!
