Dear FLOWers

Has anyone had any experience conjugating H2DCF to Bacteria. (This is
the non fluorgenic compound used in the OxyBURST reagent system (sold by
molecular probes) for the detection of phagocytosis by oxidative burst.

I am forced to seek answers here because the tech support (or I dare say
the lack of) from Molecular Probes leaves me no alternative.

Thank You for your time

Pb

PS: Molecular probes if your reading this You seem to have some really
great flow products but not a lot of experience in house with the ones
you have sold me recently.
