We have used 3-O-methylfluorescein phosphate (cat:M2629 Sigma) for
measuring alkaline phosphatase from neutrophils. Our study (Prenatal
Diagnosis 14:1141-, 1994) discusses various aspects of measurement as well
as has useful references to the original work by Jim Watson amongst
others.

Hope this is of use.
