CD38 red conjugate

Hello everybody,

I am hoping to set up a method for detecting MRD in bone marrow
samples and PB stem cell harvest samples from patients with myeloma.
A triple antibody combination of CD45/BB4/CD38 would seem appropriate
to detect the plasma cells. However, the only red conjugates of CD38 that
I can find are CD38-Tricolor (Caltag) and CD38-RPE-Cy5 (Serotec). Does
anybody have any experience of these antibodies or know of any other
sources? Would the combination work better if I switched the
fluorochromes around?

Thanks in advance
