I have a graduate Med tech student trying to develop a rapid, simple flow
method for the detection of fetal red blood cells in human blood. Does
anyone have any suggestions for either a good fixation and permeablization
technique or sources of labeled (FITC, PE, or biotin) anti-human
hemoglobin F? Appreciate any suggestions.
