Dear Colleagues

I am just starting to learn about the different ways cell organisation
("cellular sociology") can be assessed. Two questions:

1) Is there a (shareware/freeware) Macintosh program able to make Voronoi
diagrams and minimal spanning trees from TIFF images of cells and/or from
(x,y) coordinates of cell positions?

2) Is there anyone currently analysing cell-to-cell organisation (using
Voronoi, Delaunay, Gabriel etc...) using the NIH Image software?

Thanks in advance.
