Greetings.......my colleagues and I at Chiron have been doing some experiments
with whole lysis flow on mouse and rat peripheral blood. I am wondering if
anyone else in the community has some data about CD3/CD4, CD3/CD8, CD3-/NK1.1/
.2, F4/80, MAC-1, etc. distributions in the peripheral compartment. I am just
trying to get a sense of baseline values for our work and see if our results are
in the ballpark of what other investigators have seen.
Thanks for your help.
