I was remembering that we had a similar
problem and that we were advised by BD to
save data to the computer's hard drive at
the time of collection rather than to an
external optical disk to avoid this kind of
problem. We transfer data from the hard
drive to a server or to optical disks after
the data collection. We have not seen the
problem since starting this routine.
