Specialty Glass Products, which I believe is the only company I mentioned as
a source of nozzles, makes quartz nozzles according to the pattern used in
the original Stanford sorter; they are not compatible with any vintage of
the B-D FACS as far as I know. Given what it cost me when I bought ceramic
nozzles from B-D, I only wish there were more competition in the
marketplace. It seems to work for monoclonals...
