Pharmingen has all these anti-humans that you are looking for.
Some they have several different clones for. I've not used any of them, but
they should be happy to fax you their technical sheets from their 1996-1997
catalog, if you don't already have it. The anti IL-1alphas are mouse
monoclonals, the rest are Rat monoclonals. All are available with some label-
Fitc, PE, or Biotin.
