reply to Pavlick...Obviously, the "dim" cells have too few binding sites to
accumulkate enough AV-magbeads to effectively select them from the negative
cells. Since what you really need is more biotin to bind the AV-beads, have
you tried a sandwich. Adding free AV, then biotin, THEN following with
your AV-beads?
