1. The FACSCaliber with 2nd laser (diode) uses a 670nm LP in FL3, so
all the PE/CY5 reagents work great. In fact, we've also had good success with
red 613 getting into the FL3 at > 670nm (default FACSCan/single laser is 650nmLP).
The longer wavelength BP filter in FL3 is needed to block the 633nm diode laser.
2. The FACSCaliber electronics allow for intralaser compensation. Our
users are generating rather spectacular data using combos like FITC, PE, PE/CY5,
and APC. The FL3/FL4 compensation is straight forward.
