I have seen several AML-M7 all infants. None marked with CD7. CD33 is present
in very immature forms, but more differentiated forms of M7 are negative. The
HLA-DR is also positive on immmature forms. Your cases appear to be CD41
positive which indicate a more mature form of M7.
Was factor VIII positive?
