I have used both FITC and biotin PNA. I found that titrations up to 20
ul/test (test volume about 110 ul) did not saturate, possibly because of
aggregation of the PNA, though I did not pursue this. I would suggest that
you titer on mouse splenocytes, begin with 40 ul/test; you should find that
your resolution is good below saturation, and that yuou will probably
settle on 10 or 20 ul/test.
